New Way Academy Community Involvment

New Way Academy is accredited through AdvancedED CASI, formerly known as North Central Accreditation. In addition, the school is approved for Specific Learning Disability, Speech and Language Impaired, and Other Health Impaired through the Exceptional Student Services Division of the Arizona Department of Education.

New Way Academy is active in local, state, and national organizations including the Children Services Network (CSN), Arizona Association of Independent Schools (AAIS), and the International Dyslexia Association (IDA). The school partners with Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, University of Phoenix, and Rio Salado to train special education student teachers in our classrooms.

Working with Scottsdale City Parks and Recreation, New Way encourages students in grades 1-8 to participate in community sports programs. Our high school sports teams are affiliated with the Arizona Charter Athletic Association.
