In addition to gifted teachers at the lower, middle and high school levels, New Way Learning Academy enjoys the expertise of many specialists who support children with specific learning challenges. These specialists include speech-language specialists, reading specialists, occupational therapy specialists and more.

Our teachers benefit from a comprehensive professional development program that offers opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skill in strategies that support students with learning differences.

Administrative Team/Staff

Our administrative team supports and furthers the mission of New Way Learning Academy in several areas--including education, development and business/finance.

Dawn Gutierrez, our Head of school, handles all operations and reports to the Board of Directors.
