The Wilson Reading System® offers a highly-structured remedial program for students with dyslexia or severe reading challenges in grades three and above. The program directly teaches the structure of the language and is effective for students who have been unable to learn with other reading programs.

This program provides effective intervention for New Way’s upper school students who display mild to moderate gaps in their decoding and spelling.
Phonics Boost™
This multisensory instruction is used with high school students to improve accuracy, fluency, and comprehension.

This unique reading program offers phonetic, multisensory teaching designed for children with delayed language development.
Lindamood Bell LiPS®
New Way reading teachers are trained to use this multisensory program to help students improve phonological awareness and mastery of letter-sound associations.
Lindamood Bell Seeing Stars®
This systematic program is used to develop visualization strategies for automatic word recognition and sight word mastery.
By far the best thing about New Way is the fact that teachers here make a concerted effort to actually teach. Whereas at my other schools, the teachers just taught according to the lesson plan – if you didn’t get it , you didn’t get it – the teachers at New Way stop and make sure that you understand. If you don’t, the teachers don’t chastise you for it, they just help you understand.
